| | | Zwei einzeln stehende kleine Häuser im irischen Farmhausstil direkt an Kenmare Bay mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser und einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf Kenmare Bay, von denen Sie das rosafarbene "Heron Water Cottage" durch mich mieten können.
Hier kann man, wenn man möchte schon vor dem Frühstück ein Runde schwimmen. Und zwar sehr sicher, weil es ganz seicht ins Wasser geht.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es mehrer schöne Kiesel- und Sandstrände.
Kenmare ist eine ausgesprochen schöne Ortschaft. Sehr lebendig mit vielen traditionellen Pubs, Geschäften und himmlisch guten Restaurants. | | Two lovely detached houses in a wonderful location right beside the water at Kenmare Bay with direct access to the water, of whom you can rent the pink cottage "Heron Water Cottage" with me. Her one finds very safe swimming at Coss Strand. More beautiful beaches both sand and pebble are nearby. It is only about 800m to the nearest Pub. The house is ideally situated for touring the very scenic area from the Ring of Kerry to the Ring of Beara. | | | | Nur 2km vom Haus entfernt ist ein schöner Golfclub, wo man auch als Gast golfen kann. Im Umkreis von ca. 10-18 km findet man weitere Golfplätze und Reitmöglichkeiten. Man kann Hochseeangeln, Wandern, Radwandern und Tennisspielen und die Ortschaft Sneem besuchen, wo man einfach gewesen sein muss, nicht zuletzt, weil man hier tolle Keramik kaufen kann.
(Ach, wenn doch nur das Reisegepäck nicht die dumme Kilobegrenzung hätte, so hätte ich hier leicht Geschenke für alle meine Freunde finden können.) | | The Golf Club that is only about 2km away welcomes guest golfers. In and around the area there are more golf courses some of them really spectacular.
The things one can do around here are numerous and go from horse riding over deep sea fishing, hiking, mountain biking to tennis.
If you are in the area Sneem is an absolute must. Not least because of the most beautiful pottery one can buy here.

Es liegt ca. 5km von Kenmare entfernt an der Nordküste der Bucht von Kenmare am Ring of Kerry. Es erstreckt sich bis zum Fuße der Mangerton and Mac Guillicuddy Reeks. Die östliche Grenze ist der Fluss Finihy und die westliche der Fluss Blackwater, die beide in die Bucht von Kenmare münden.
