| | | | Mit dem Auto sind es nur zehn Minuten bis nach Rossbeigh Beach. Der Strand ist Irlands längster Strand und wunderschön. Für einen Spaziergang um die Dünen braucht man ungefähr zwei Stunden. Für sportlichere gibt es auch die Möglichkeit am Strand entlang zu reiten. In der näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung befinden sich 18 Golfplätze oder Links. Auch Mountainbikes kann man leihen. An Caragh Lake fängt man salmonide Fische, Forellen in den Bächen und Flüssen und um nach Seefischen zu angeln eignen sich die Klippen an Kells Beach besonders gut. | | Only 10 minutes by car and you are at Rossbeigh Beach, one of Ireland´s biggest and most beautiful beaches. A walk around the dunes will take you about two hours.
But the even more energetic ones can choose to go horse riding along the seashore.
