| Mit dem Auto sind es nur zehn Minuten bis nach Rossbei Beach. Der Strand ist Irlands längster Strand und wunderschön. Für einen Spaziergang um die Dünen braucht man ungefähr zwei Stunden. Für sportlichere gibt es auch die Möglichkeit am Strand entlang zu reiten. In der näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung befinden sich 18 Golfplätze oder Links. Auch Mountainbikes kann man leihen. An Caragh Lake fängt man salmonide Fische, Forellen in den Bächen und Flüssen und um nach Seefischen zu angeln eignen sich die Klippen an Kells Beach besonders gut. | | Only 10 minutes by car and you are at Rossbeigh Beach, one of Ireland´s biggest and most beautiful beaches. But the even more energetic ones can choose to go horse riding along the seashore.

Und dabei ist „der ältere Teil“ leicht untertrieben. The Homestead is the original and older part of the 200 years old cottage.
The "older part" was built 200 years ago and its walls with a thickness of more than two foot give one a very safe feeling. I guess the same feeling that the people of the olden days were looking for here. | | |

Die Sicht über die Bucht rüber nach Dingle mit seinen über 800 Meter hohen Bergen, hinüber nach Rossbeigh Beach und nach Inch-Strand ist fantastisch. | | A little paradise on half an acre with palms, subtropical flowers and different lawn-levels where your heart, soul and mind can relax.
The view across the bay to Dingle with its mountains that are more than 800 metres high and to Rossbeigh and Inch-Beach is amazing. | | | | | Jedes der Häuser kann nur mit der im Text beschriebenen Anzahl von Personen belegt werden. Ein Babybettchen und ein Hochstuhl sind vorhanden.
Wegen der Brandgefahr ist in beiden Häusern Rauchverbot.
Haustiere können leider nicht erlaubt werden. | | Both houses may be occupied with the indicated number of persons only. A cot and a baby chair are available for our youngest guests and the cot can be placed in the master-bedroom of the homestead. Both houses are non-smoker houses because of the risk of fire. We regret that pets are not allowed. |
