Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder: Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Eines mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Und zwei mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das obere des Etagenbetts kann zur Not auch mit benutzt werden.		There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms: One of the bedrooms has got a double bed. The next has a double and a single bed. And the other two have two singles respectively. And if all else fails, the upper one of the bunk beds can be slept in as well.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, die auf der Hälfte des Weges zwischen Glenbeigh und Cahirciveen vom Ring of Kerry abbiegt. Die Gegend nennt sich Upper Roads, Kells, County Kerry.		The house is located at the end of a cul de sack that branches off the Ring of Kerry halfways between Glenbeigh and Cahirciveen. The area is called Upper Roads, Kells, County Kerry.

Bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Tankstelle und Andenkenladen (wunderschöne irische Bekleidung und irisches Kristall) sind es ca. 4km - bis nach Cahirciveen mit seinen netten Pubs, Restaurants und Geschäften ca. 15km.		The next shop, petrol station and souvenir's (beautiful Irish clothes and Irish crystal) is about 4km away. To Cahirciveen with its lovely Pubs, Restaurants and Shops it is about 15 km . County Kerry

Das Haus ist zwar sehr geräumig, als Paar kann man jedoch auch nur die untere Etage bewohnen.

Although the house is quite spacious a couple can feel pretty cosy using the ground floor only.


Die Palmen gehören nicht zum Haus aber ich wollte auch noch ein bisschen Himmel mit aufs Bild bekommen und so musste ich etwas weiter zurückgehen.		The palm trees do not belong to Noreen's garden but I had to step back to get at least a little bit of the beautiful blue and white Kerry sky into the picture.

Das Wohnzimmer

Hier steht auch ein Fernseher und ein CD-Spieler.

The little red you see between this picture and the one above is a red settee that is facing the open fire place.


In der Küche ist ein Ofen und im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen offenen Kamin. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über eine Ölzentralheizung.

Damit der Komfort nicht zu kurz kommt, ist die Küche mit allen modernen Geräten ausgerüstet, die man heute so erwartet. Z.B. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Mikrowelle.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything one expects in a kitchen plus dishwasherand microwave.

Links und unten das Esszimmer mit einem Extraspülbecken, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Nicht zu vergessen der Allesbrenner.

Neben dem Kamin im Wohnzimmer, dem Allesbrenner in der Küche, der das Wasser des angrenzenden Bades heizt, verfügt das Haus über eine Ölzentralheizung, die über einen Münzautomat mit Euromünzen betätigt wird.		Besides the open fire place in the living room, the wood burner in the kitchen that feeds the next door bathroom, the house is heated througout with an oil fired central heating system that is run by euro coins.

In der Nebensaison können hier, abhängig vom Vor- oder Nachmieter, die An- und Abreisetage frei gewählt werden. Dann auch taggenaue Abrechnung bei allem, was eine Woche übersteigt. Bei weniger als einer Woche ist der Mindestpreis 350 Euro. Bitte anfragen. In der Hauptsaison beträgt die Mindestmiete eine Woche.		During off-season the house can be occupied and left any day of the week, .depending on the tenant who booked the house before or after you. The rent that exceeds one week is calculated on a daily basis. For short-term bookings there is a minimum price of 350 euros. Please enquire. During peak-season the minimum booking period is one week.

Der bevorzugte Wechseltag in der Hauptsaison ist Freitag oder Samstag.		During peak season the preferred changing day is Friday or Saturday.

Ein Gast des Hauses schrieb mir Folgendes: Vielleicht noch ein kleiner Hinweis für die mit Münzen zu bezahlende Heizungs- und Stromrechnung: Wir haben in den 14 Tagen 8 2-Euro-Stücke für Strom benötigt. Wenn man sich beim Einkaufen im Urlaub nicht nicht mit diesem Thema befassen will, sollte man zuvor 1-Euro und 1-Euro Münzen bereit legen. Für die Heizung braucht man 1-Euro-Stücke. Da haben wir etwas mehr als 2 pro Tag gebraucht. Empfehlenswert wären dann also drei pro Tag mitzunehmen.		Summer guests of the house wrote the following: A little advice to work the coin metres: We stayed in the house for two weeks and used eight two-euro coins for electricity. For the central heating system we needed a little more than two one-euro coins per day. So you better say three. So, if you do not want to worry about it while you do you shopping you should supply yourself with one-euro and two-euro coins in advance.
