So heißt das Haus von Martina und Noel Nicholson, weil es am Fuße des Knocknadobar Berges steht. Die Gegend hier nennt sich Roads, Kells - County Kerry.   The house is situated right at the foot of the mountain Knocknadobar. That is how the house got its name. The area here is called Roads, Kells - County Kerry.
Vier Schlafzimmer- drei Bäder.  Je zwei der vier Schlafzimmer haben ein Doppelbett und die anderen beiden je zwei Einzelbetten. Four bedrooms - three bathrooms . Two of the four bedrooms have double beds and the other two have two singles respectively.
Kells-Beach ist weniger als 1 Meile entfernt. Hier kann man auch schon mal mit jemandem zum Fischen rausfahren, von den Felsen angeln oder einfach nur am Strand liegen. Die Berge im Rücken des Hauses bieten sich zu wunderschönen Wanderungen an. Außerdem findet man in der näheren Umgebung Gelegenheiten zum Reiten, Tauchen, Bergsteigen und Golfen. Kells Beach is less than one mile away. Quite often people find a lift on a fishing boat here. If not fishing off the rocks or relaxing at the sandy beach is a nice past time too. The mountains at the back of the house offer themselves for extensive walks. Other activities in the nearer vicinity are horse riding, scuba diving, climbing and golfing.
Bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Tankstelle und Andenkenladen (wunderschöne irische Bekleidung und irisches Kristall)  sind es ca. 3km - bis nach Cahirciveen mit seinen netten Pubs, Restaurants und Geschäften ca. 15km. The next shop, petrol station and souvenir's (beautiful Irish clothes and Irish crystal)  is about 3km away.
To Cahirciveen with its lovely Pubs, Restaurants and Shops it is about 12 km .

Wenn man auf der Landkarte die Stadt Dingle auf der Halbinsel Dingle findet und mit dem Finger geradeaus nach unten fährt, dann stößt man genau dort auf Iveragh, wo Knocknadobar House steht. Und so funktioniert das natürlich auch umgekehrt.  Wenn man in Knocknadobar House am Fenster oder vor der Türe steht, sieht man auf Dingle Bay und auch die Halbinsel Dingle hinüber.If you found the little town Dingle on the peninsula Dingle and follow a straight line downwards across Dingle Bay you hit the spot where Knocknadobar is located. And that system works the other way around as well - of course. So, if you look out the window of Knocknadobar you look across Dingle Bay to the peninsular Dingle.

Der Weg, den man hier sieht ist eine Sackgasse, die nur zu den Häusern führt, die sich im weiteren Verlauf befinden.
Keine Durchgangsstraße.

The little lane in front of the house is a Cul de sack that only leads to the houses that are situated in the course of that path.
No through road. 

Küche, Wohnzimmer und Essecke sind eine Einheit und daher sehr großzügig und auch für zwei Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Von der Küche aus sieht man auf die Berge hinauf.

In der Küche gibt es außer Herd, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine noch eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, einen elektrischen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine.Besides the full cooker, fridge, toaster,
and dishwasher there is an electric
kettle, a micro wave and a coffee percolator.
Neben der Küche ist eine kleiner Hauswirtschaftsraum, wo die Heizung, die Waschmaschine und der Trockner untergebracht sind.Next to the kitchen you find a utility room where the oil fired central heating system, the washing machine and the tumble dryer are at home.
                                




Fernsehgerät, Radio, CD-Spieler und natürlich der Kamin sorgen für Gemütlichkeit.





Tele, radio, CD-player and of course the open fire place insure you cosy hours.

Eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein zusätzliches Fernsehgerät      In one of the bedrooms there is an additional TV.  


Ein Badezimmer auf Parterre und zwei Duschbäder auf der ersten Etage sorgen dafür, dass auch mehrere Personen noch am Vormittag das Haus verlassen können.

Beheizt wird das Haus mit einer Öl-Zentralheizung.The house is heated by means of an oil fired central heating system.
In der Nebensaison können hier, abhängig vom Vor- oder Nachmieter, die An- und Abreisetage frei gewählt werden.

Dann auch taggenaue Abrechnung bei allem, was eine Woche übersteigt. Bei weniger als einer Woche ist der Mindestpreis 350Euro. Bitte anfragen.  In der Hauptsaison beträgt die Mindestmiete eine Woche.		During off-season, depending on the tenant booking the house before or after you, the house can be occupied and left any day of the week.
In that case the rent that exceeds one week is calculated on a daily basis. For short-term bookings there is a minimum price of 350 euros. Please enquire. During peak-season the minimum booking period is one week.
Der bevorzugte Wechseltag ist Samstag. The preferred changing day is Saturday.
