Saint Ann’s House ist ein schönes, helles, geräumiges, modernes Haus.

St. Ann's is a beautiful house, bright, airy and with all the mod cons.


Drei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder. Küche, Esszimmer, Hauswirtschaftsraum. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben ein Doppelbett. Bei den beiden Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss sind die Bäder angeschlossen, im Obergeschoss ist Bad und Schlafzimmer getrennt.		Three bedrooms - three bathrooms.Kitchen, dining area and utility. All three bedrooms have double beds. The two downstairs bedrooms have their bathrooms ensuite and on the upper floor bedroom and bathroom are separate from each other.

Kells-Beach ist ca. einen Kilometer entfernt. Hier kann man auch schon mal mit jemandem zum Fischen rausfahren, von den Felsen angeln oder einfach nur am Strand liegen. Die Berge im Rücken des Hauses bieten sich zu wunderschönen Wanderungen an. Außerdem findet man in der näheren Umgebung Gelegenheiten zum Reiten, Tauchen, Bergsteigen und Golfen.		Kells Beach is approximately one kilometre away. Quite often people find a lift on a fishing boat here. If not fishing off the rocks or relaxing at the sandy beach is a nice pastime too. The mountains at the back of the house offer themselves for extensive walks. Other activities in the nearer vicinity are horse riding, scuba diving, climbing and golfing.

Bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Tankstelle und Andenkenladen (wunderschöne irische Bekleidung und irisches Kristall) sind es ca. 3km - bis nach Cahirciveen mit seinen netten Pubs, Restaurants und Geschäften ca. 15km.		The nearest shop, petrol station and souvenirs (beautiful Irish clothes and Irish crystal) is about 3km away. To Cahirciveen with its lovely Pubs, Restaurants and Shops it is about 12 km .

Natürlich hat St.Ann's eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Vor dem Haus ist eine Wiese und seitlich eine Terrasse, die vom Wintergarten aus zu begehen ist.

There is a lawn in front of the house. Furthermore there is a patio to the side of it and a conservatory.


Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer kombiniert mit Küche. Das Esszimmer ist im angrenzenden Wintergarten untergebracht. Von der Küche zweigt Hauswirtschaftsraum ab.		The ground floor consists of the living room cum kitchen. The dining area is situated in the conservatory. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is next to the kitchen.

Weiterhin gibt es hier noch zwei Schlafzimmer.		Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor.

Im Wohnzimmer machen
Farbfernseher, Stereoanlage und ein Gasfeuer das Leben angenehm.

Die Küche hat alles,
was eine Küche so braucht, inkl. Gefrierschrank,
Mikrowelle,
Spülmaschine,
Toaster etc.

Eines der Schlafzimmer in Untergeschoss ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Beide mit angrenzenden Duschbädern.		One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed and the other one has two singles. Both bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Bei den Schlafzimmern weiß ich nie,
wo ich stehen soll,
um ein vernünftiges Bild zur
bekommen. Deshalb habe ich wohl auch von dem dritten Schlafzimmer kein Bild gemacht. Vielleicht habe ich es aber auch nur vergessen. Ich kann mich nicht mehr erinnern.
Ist aber auch eigentlich nicht wichtig,
Hauptsache, die Betten sind bequem.

I find it very hard to take a nice picture of a bedroom. The bed takes up so much space that it is either not in the picture, only half in the picture or I have no proper spot to position myself. Maybe, this is why I have not taken a picture of the third bedroom. Or else, I just forgot - I don't remember. Anyways, the main thing is the beds are comfortable.


Erste Etage: Ein großes Schlafzimmer. Ein großes Bad mit Wadewanne und zusätzlicher Duschtasse, Toilette und Waschbecken.		First floor: One large bedroom and a very spacious bathroom with tub, additional shower, toilet and wash-hand basin.

Dies ist das Schlafzimmer auf der ersten Etage.

The master bedroom is upstairs.


Das Haus verfügt über eine Ölzentralheizung. Und für die Gemütlichkeit kommt der Gaskamin dazu.		The central heating system runs on oil. And for more cosyness there is gas fire in the living room.

In der Nebensaison können hier, abhängig vom Vor- oder Nachmieter, die An- und Abreisetage frei gewählt werden. Dann auch taggenaue Abrechnung bei allem, was eine Woche übersteigt. Bei weniger als einer Woche beträgt die Mindestmiete 300 Euro. Bitte anfragen. In der Hauptsaison beträgt die Mindestmiete eine Woche.		Depending on the tenant who booked the house before or after you, the house can be occupied and left any day of the week during off-seasons.
