Das Dorf liegt am Fuße der sandigen Halbinsel Mararees, die die Bucht von Brandon zum Westen hin von der Bucht von Tralee trennt, die im Osten liegt. Vor der Halbinsel liegen die "Seven Hoggs" oder "Maharee Inseln". Ein kleiner Fischerhafen ist ca. in Fahamore an der Bucht von Scraggane zu finden. Das ist ca. 5km vom Dorf entfernt am äußersten Ende der Maharees Halbinsel. Das Dorf wird umgeben von den Bergen der Halbinsel Dingle und liegt direkt zu Füßen der Beenoskee und Stradbally Berge. Im Westen liegt der Berg Brandon. Castlegregory ist auch der Name der Gemeinde, die den größten Teil der nordöstlichen Gegend von Dingle ausmacht. Das Dorf ist bei Touristen sehr beliebt, weil es hier so viel wunderbare Strände gibt. Auch ein Neun-Loch Golf- und Angler-Club ist in der Nähe, und zwar westlich des Dorfes and den Ufern des Lough Gill, ein Frischwassersee. | | Frank's is within walking distance to Castlegregory with a host of bars and restaurants.
The village is located at the foot of a sandy peninsula called the Maharees separating Brandon Bay to the west from Tralee Bay to the east, off the peninsula are a number small islands, called the Seven Hoggs, or the Maharee Islands. A small fishing harbour is located at Fahamore on Scraggane Bay, about 5 km outside the village at the tip of the Maharees peninsula. The village is surrounded by the mountains of the Dingle peninsular and overlooked directly by Beenoskee and Stradbally Mountains. To the west is Brandon Mountain. Castlegregory is also the name of the parish which includes most of the north east area of the Dingle Peninsula. The village is renowned as a tourist destination as it is near to spectacular beaches located on the Maharees peninsula. As one can see there is a TV. Furthermore there is a CD-player with CDs and a DVD-player plus DVDs.
 Eine superschöne Küche, in der sich nicht nur gut kochen sondern bestimmt auch manche schöne Stunde verbringen lässt. Hier findet man Herd, Kühlgefrierkombi, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Elektrisher und einen Wasserkocher. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden.
The lovely kitchen is ideally suited not only for cooking but also to have great craic. Here you find a full cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator, toaster and an electric kettle. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also there.
Ich denke mal, dass die Lampenschirme noch kommen.
